1. Paid Services

Elvetax offers paid services primarily to employers and organisations, including job posting credits, featured listings, and subscription plans. Job seekers can use the platform at no charge for standard features.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued in the following cases: (a) duplicate payments made due to a technical error, (b) a service was not delivered as described, or (c) a subscription was charged after a cancellation request was submitted within the allowed window. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: job posting credits that have already been used, partially consumed subscription periods, and any promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in an active billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason for the request. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes to This Policy

Elvetax reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance.
